Gary has been in the Verde Valley since 1971 and has been either operating his own construction company or working as the project manager on large construction projects since that time. Gary was the first contractor in the area to incorporate computers and construction project management software into his business for computer generated scheduling, costing, and Gantt charts for critical path method of construction.  He has overseen the construction of residential developments and many commercial facilities throughout the state. Gary is past president of the Sedona Licensed Contractors Association.

Gary not only brings to the table a wealth of construction project management experience, but also an invaluable ability to work well with owners and subcontractors to facilitate timely project completion.

For fun, Gary enjoys restoring classic cars and trucks to mint condition and participating in classic car shows.

Dana Skornik

Dana brings a priceless combination of experience: everything from 30 years as an architect to literally working in the trenches. His education and experience has earned him the company title of 'Master of the Universe' (as his business cards also attest). Dana received his degree in Architecture in 1976 from Arizona State University and has worked for various architectural firms in Arizona and Colorado as the project architect with oversight of draftsmen for the construction of many multi-million dollar residences.

Dana also spent 6 years as managing partner of his own general contracting firm in Sedona where he oversaw the construction of numerous high-end residences. He has been working for Keith Newton since 2001 in the roles of project manager, project quality control and architect for an $11 million dollar Sedona residence and various commercial projects. A stickler for perfection, Dana makes certain every last detail is completed with the utmost accuracy.

Danny Dickison

Danny, a Verde Valley native, comes from a family with a long history of ranching and construction in Sedona. Starting out with his dad's construction company, he has worked in all trades and phases of construction for the past 25+ years, most of those years working as Keith's right hand man. As site supervisor, Danny's forte is working with subcontractors during the latter stages of their work to assist with making sure the work is complete and impeccable.

Danny is an accomplished finish carpenter and photographer. His landscape photos of Sedona and the surrounding area have been published in various local and regional publications.

Keith Newton

Keith was born in what is now called the Verde Valley Medical Center to a family with a long history of building in the Verde Valley. It was only natural for Keith to be working as a framer and mason by the age of 14. He has operated his own general contracting company for over 20 years and has developed a reputation in the community for constructing buildings of superior quality with technically difficult designs and the most sophisticated of technology.

Keith prides himself in working with owners to help them understand the development processes and providing value engineering recommendations to help owners stay on target with the intended construction budget.
